The Journey That Shaped Me…

My path has never been a straight one. It has been shaped by encounters, change and different chapters of life that have repeatedly led me to ask what carries us when familiar answers are no longer enough.

Spirituality has been part of my life for many years. Not as something separate from life, but woven into it — into relationships, farewells, decisions, new beginnings and the quiet moments in which we find our way back to ourselves.

This is what has shaped the way I accompany people today: with presence, openness and the trust that we do not always need a ready-made answer — sometimes, we simply need a space in which our own answer can be heard again.

A quiet part of my journey…

For more than twenty years, my Buddhist Nun has accompanied me through parts of my inner journey. Her letter of recognition and blessing holds a quiet and deeply personal place in the work I do today. Letter of recognition from Su Cô Tuê Tri

What shapes my work…

Over the years, I have had the privilege of meeting people from many different walks of life. These encounters have deepened my understanding of what it means to be human and taught me the value of attentive listening, presence, and a space free from premature judgment.

Through my training in communication and mindful listening, I have continued to deepen this approach.

My interest in language, perception and personal development led me to explore NLP in greater depth. From this emerged A Moment Within – The Four-Pillar Architecture, a reflective framework I developed to bring together conscious self-awareness, personal alignment and access to inner resources.

My encounters in Vietnam have also broadened my perspective. I have had the opportunity to speak about Mental Health Awareness at colleges and share insights into a more conscious approach to mental well-being.

All these experiences inform the way I accompany others today - with openness to different paths in life and an understanding that every person carries a story of their own.
